I went to the gym yesterday after a long lapse of attendance because of a cold setting me back for a month.
It was so good to be back although I was shaky on my two walking poles.

Today I know I am feeling my body having after effects of even my limited workout and feel good that I got back. A program about how Mallory might have been first to climb Everest starring Brian Blessed made an impression on me that to quote Brian “Everest is only six inches high if you keep taking small steps and repeating them until you get to the top”.

My health might not be good but at least I can feel a sense of achievement and be positive no matter what.
